John is the owner of JW Inspection Services Of Michigan. John, with his wife of 28 years, Tammy, started the company 22 years ago and built a company by hiring inspectors & office staff that he believes are better than himself. Men and women that have great personalities with incredible dedication and wanting to be the best at what they do. The group has built this company up by doing over 3,000+ homes a year.. JW is a full-service home inspection company.
Tammy
Co-Owner/Office Manager
Tammy has worked for JW inspection services of Michigan for 22 years while raising her two sons. She is grateful for the team that has come together and how they all strive to be the best! She truly loves that we cover all of Michigan from the east to the west. When she is not working “behind the scenes” she is spending time with family, friends, or outside with her dogs enjoying all the seasons of Michigan.
Bobbie
Office Administration
Bobbie’s background comes from over 15 years in banking and Mortgage closing, over 3 years in real estate office managing and transaction coordination and now 8+ years(so far) with JW Inspection Services of MI. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, often camping, volunteering for Veteran Associations, or singing karaoke.
Jessie
Sales and Marketing
We are excited to welcome Jessie Challa-Westgate as the newest member of the JW Inspection Services of Michigan team! As our Sales and Marketing Lead, Jessie brings a wealth of experience in driving business growth and managing client relationships. Jessie has a large, blended family consisting of 1 husband, 6 children & 2 dogs. Her favorite way to pass the time is to spend time with any one of them!
Lisa
Office Administration
Lisa has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has 2 sons and a grandson (with another on the way). Lisa also volunteers for Veterans Associations and Rachael’s Angels, helping less fortunate children at Christmas.
George
Inspector
George comes from a background in the building trades. He has been inspecting homes for over 15 years. In his spare time he is heavily involved in the AMVETS organization helping veterans and he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dan
Inspector
Dan grew up fixing/building things with his family, many are in the construction trade. In college he worked full time and studied auto mechanics. He now has enjoyed doing inspections for 8 years. You can usually find him and his wife Lee at the rink watching his son play hockey or at the ball fields coaching his son or daughter.
Sean
Inspector
Sean has been inspecting homes for over seven years. He is a licensed builder and before being a home inspector he spent over eight years fixing foundations and houses. He is from the Grand Rapids area, married with two kids, and is passionate about the outdoors.
Eric
Inspector
Eric Stone started his career at the age of 17 doing carpentry. Over the years, he has run crews for large corporations building residential and commercial properties, worked as a project manager for Lennar homes, owned his own Carpentry business, and has been performing inspections for six years. In his free time, he flips homes and works on home projects for his family and friends. He’s been with his wife, Andrea, for 26 years and they have a nine year old daughter.
Gerry
Inspector
Gerry Pazdziora; Husband, Father, Detroit Area Musician in the band ‘Laughing Madmen & The Rearrangements’. With music and the great outdoors as his hobbies, Gerry wanted to pursue a career in a relatable field that focused on people and home mechanics. This led him to the home inspections field where he trained and certified, and he hasn't looked back!

Inspector
John Wade Jr. brings a wealth of hands-on experience and specialized training to his role as an inspector with JW Inspection Services. After studying at Ferris State University for two years, he continued his skills in residential construction, working as a framer for two years. John Jr. then joined a foundation repair company, where he spent five years mastering foundation repair techniques and water mitigation strategies for basements. He advanced to foreman, overseeing and managing work crews. Following his construction career, John Jr. completed comprehensive training with JW Inspection Services in Michigan, specializing in Home Inspections as well as Well and Septic Inspections, ensuring thorough and knowledgeable service for every client.
David
Inspector
Dave is married to his wife Wendy. He has 7 children and 4 grandsons. Prior to JW Inspections I was a realtor for 8 years, project manager for Wolverine Building and owned my own painting business. I am also a former United States Marine. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.
Ryan
Inspector
With a strong background in real estate and a sharp eye for detail from his time in the military, Ryan has spent over 10 years working in residential and commercial construction, 8+ years capturing properties as a photographer and videographer, and over 2 years as a real estate agent. Now, as a home inspector, He use all this experience to spot the good and the bad in every home.
