Owner/CEO
John is the owner of JW Inspection Services Of Michigan. John, with his wife of 28 years, Tammy, started the company 22 years ago and built a company by hiring inspectors & office staff that he believes are better than himself. Men and women that have great personalities with incredible dedication and wanting to be the best at what they do. The group has built this company up by doing over 3,000+ homes a year.. JW is a full-service home inspection company.
Tammy
Co-Owner/Office Manager
Tammy has worked for JW inspection services of Michigan for 22 years while raising her two sons. She is grateful for the team that has come together and how they all strive to be the best! She truly loves that we cover all of Michigan from the east to the west. When she is not working “behind the scenes” she is spending time with family, friends, or outside with her dogs enjoying all the seasons of Michigan.
Bobbie
Office Administration
Bobbie’s background comes from over 15 years in banking and Mortgage closing, over 3 years in real estate office managing and transaction coordination and now 8+ years(so far) with JW Inspection Services of MI. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, often camping, volunteering for Veteran Associations, or singing karaoke.
Andrea
Office Administration
Andrea Stone has been in the marketing field for over 20 years. She and her husband lived in Florida for 10 years before moving back to Michigan to spend more time with family. She is married to inspector, Eric, and they have one daughter, one dog, and 2 Guinea pigs.
George
Inspector
George comes from a background in the building trades. He has been inspecting homes for over 15 years. In his spare time he is heavily involved in the AMVETS organization helping veterans and he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dan
Inspector
Dan grew up fixing/building things with his family, many are in the construction trade. In college he worked full time and studied auto mechanics. He now has enjoyed doing inspections for 8 years. You can usually find him and his wife Lee at the rink watching his son play hockey or at the ball fields coaching his son or daughter.
Sean
Inspector
Sean has been inspecting homes for over seven years. He is a licensed builder and before being a home inspector he spent over eight years fixing foundations and houses. He is from the Grand Rapids area, married with two kids, and is passionate about the outdoors.
Eric
Inspector
Eric Stone started his career at the age of 17 doing carpentry. Over the years, he has run crews for large corporations building residential and commercial properties, worked as a project manager for Lennar homes, owned his own Carpentry business, and has been performing inspections for six years. In his free time, he flips homes and works on home projects for his family and friends. He’s been with his wife, Andrea, for 26 years and they have a nine year old daughter.
Tish
Inspector
Tish has been inspecting homes for 5 years. Outside of inspecting homes she enjoys woodworking and refurbishing old furniture. Tish has three dogs and one cat. Outside of work and personal hobbies, she enjoys participating in animal rescue efforts and dog training/rehabilitation.
Gerry
Inspector
Gerry Pazdziora; Husband, Father, Detroit Area Musician in the band ‘Laughing Madmen & The Rearrangements’. Gerry founded a home maintenance business called "Mr. Almost Everything LLC" and has been a home Inspector since Jan 2021. Gerry’s a hobbyist who's always got a song playing in his head (& he's not nuts)!
